* fix resizing the libflash plugin causing too much screen updates

Note1: double click on the tree view is broken in bora, select an item and press the 'select' key instead.

Note2: the fullscreen button works with flash if the flash movie doesn't have the focus, click somewhere else to switch fullscreen, use the 'home' button if the movie happens to be 800x480
