Notes:
Corrects the bug of not being able to add the first record.
Changes:
* Code cleaning in ui.c
* Bug correction in updating the fuel consumption label (wrong unit variable was used)
* Text "There are no records to edit" changed to "Select a record first"
* Cleaned the add car dialog to use a table
* Cleaned the add driver dialog to use a table
* Corrected a hidden bug in selecting car and driver (id in database and index in combo box was assumed to be the same)
* Corrected a bug in full screen switching
* Corrected a bug where the first record could not be added (resulted in a segmentation fault). This was introduced in 0.41 in automatic trip calculation.
* Corrected some hidden bugs similar to the above one
* Added a selection of date output format
* Made sorting by date possible
