[Chess-developer] How to divide development tasks

Yes, I think that is a good idea.

To know who could do which task maybe we should introduce ourselves
first since we are planning on working together.
We can also state what we can do and what we want to do.

I will start.

My name is Andy. I am from Germany.
At work, our main focus is Java and .Net/Mono for the 'under the hood'
stuff and JavaScript for user interfaces.
My experience in QT is limited, I have to admit. So I don't feel ready
to work on the GUI right now.

From the beginning I thought this project could be more than just for
playing chess. If the architecture is right it would be easy to plug
in a checker or nine men's morris module.
So I am currently trying to put together a Class diagram of how such
an open system could look like. The idea is to implement the things
that are shared between games only once. (e.g. the chess board is also
used in checkers and the games pieces are the same in morris and
checker.) I hope I have a semi complete overview by tomorrow.
