[patch] cx3110x and wpa_supplicant

I have worked on cx3110x driver to make it work with wpa_supplicant.
I'm sending you the result of this work. The attached patch partially
implements WE18. It is sufficient to make wpa_supplicant work with
WEP, WPA1 and WPA2.

Note that I changed the send_wpa_ie_event function. As far as I know,
IWEVASSOCREQIE and IWEVASSOCRESPIE events don't receive bss_addr.
