Hi Ed,
  I have made a patch to add a feature I find very useful: page navigation
in fullscreen mode.

  With this patch, when in fullscreen, you can tap in the top/bottom borders
of the screen (120px) to scroll like space/backspace do, or on the
left/right borders to go to next/previous page.

  I tested it on my N810 with your latest version and both your fix and my
patch are working, hope you like it.

  It would be nice to add overlay icons like the builtin PDF reader, but
I'll have to figure out how todo that.
