Maybe, but I believe the question is "should you?" I feel it's wrong
think in terms of incentive. Maybe, as I pitched some time ago, we
could allow for free submissions? I think a lot of people are scared
from the "contributor" word, as it would require to take some kind of
responsibility. If we are indeed struggling to find submissions, maybe
it's an indication that the "registered contributors" system doesn't
work.

How many are currently registered as being contributors, and how many
are actively providing links? Of those who aren't, how many told you
explicitly they were stopping?

I like the idea, as long as it remains brief and exceptional (or say,
one other language per edition). Also, if we do this, the intro and
quote needs to be bilingual, translated from <language> to English. We
should then also have two links, one to the Google Translation, and
one to the original.

At least, that's what I would recommend.
