I wouldn't have thought a separate section was the right way to do it
- but I agree with Sebastian, one or two per issue; along with a
translation; should be fine. Especially if it's around local events &
meetups etc.

The only thing I'd ask is a Google to see if there's an English
version which could be linked to. If not, the original language should
be fine. There've been a couple of times when the non-English Maemo
websites have had content which none other have (yet) had.
