Given I have to run "build-issue.pl" to produce the HTML after
downloading issue.txt from Google Docs, there's less than whatever
time http://mwkn.net/ is showing :-)

But, Reggie's now got svn access so he can tweak the CSS. Again, it'll
require a server tweak ("svn up") to deploy.

When the full blown editor site is available, last minute submissions
and editing will be perfectly doable :-)
