When the program stop it create a /var/tmp/positions.txt file that stores the pgs information that are not yet communicated to the remote server. You may run dsk_mgr as a regular user, but be sure first to remove the /var/tmp/positions.txt file belonging to root first.</p>
 
 <p>Note that, as this is something i do not know yet how to fix, you will need to have the service running if you want to update the package to a more fresh version.</p>
