Seems if my suspicion is correct, the excessive heap allocation is due
to QImage.

I fixed it in WebKit trunk:
http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/43763
http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/43764

If you can try to apply that (in that order) and check again what
happens on the device,
I will be very grateful.
