[#1575] Use debian testing repository

Use debian testing repository

Detailed description
Mud currently looks for debian packages in the etch repository.  I think that testing is a better default and that is
what the attached patch does.

On the other hand, it might be better if the repository could be specified as an option on the mud command line.  that
seems better than specifying it in the package file as it means that the same package file may be usable to build different
versions of a package (e.g. one derived from testing and another one derived from unstable).

Could the mud documentation be changed to reflect using 'testing'
not 'etch' as the default:

I have changed the default repository to be testing (r210).

It would still be a good idea to be able to specify it on the
command line so I will leave this open as an enhancement request.
