With the N810, I'd like to be able to read documents with the keyboard closed and with minimum taps. Quick taps on the
screen don't currently do anything. The screen could be divided into four quadrants by an X shape such that tapping
on the top and bottom quadrants would move the current page up or down (and move to an adjacent page at the beginning
or end of the page) and tapping on the left and right quadrants would move directly to the next or the previous page
for quicker browsing. |

Fixed in maemo4 build. Not exactly the same as you proposed but
it's possible to navigate using touchscreen. |
