Summary:
Added possebilety to select the bluetooth device

Detailed description
The patch adds a small executable that asks the user for selecting the Bluetooth device he wants to connect to. It does
not check if the Bluetooth device supports PAN. On each connect the user needs to select the device to connect to again.

In addition it supports now to have a static IP address configuration. To use static IP addresses it is necessary to
set the values by hand into GConf since I could not figure out how to get it integrated into network configuration.
The variable names are the same as described at this page:
http://maemo.org/development/documentation/how-tos/2-x/howto_connectivity_guide.html

Example configuration for static IP:

$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_type STATIC
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_address 192.168.1.12
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_netmask 255.255.255.0
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_gateway 192.168.1.1
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_dns1 208.18.51.1
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_dns2 208.18.52.1
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_dns3 208.18.53.1

The address and netmask need to be set that it is working with a static IP address. The rest of the options are not
mandatory.

To reset it to DHCP call the following command:
$ gconftool-2 --t string -s /system/osso/connectivity/API/Bluetooth-PAN/ipv4_type AUTO

You are welcome. I needed it for a project, so I got some time
to work on this.

It would be nice if we could find a way to integrate the
IP configuration the same way as for WIFI but I haven't found
a way to do it yet and I need to focus on the other parts of
the project first.
