Change some default settings

Detailed description
Some settings I always find myself changing in ESbox are:

1) Turn off Project > Build Automatically
(because this is a huge waste of time in C/C++)

2) Turn on Run/Debug > Launching > Save required dirty editors before Build
(because you nearly always have to edit multiple files in C/C++ and it's easy to forget to save all; in any case,
this seems obvious)

3) Turn on Run/Debug > Launching > Always launch the previously launched application
(because we offer so many launch config types, that hitting run/debug from an editor often does not find the existing
launch config and makes you reselect it)

I suggest we add these settings to plugin_customization.ini.

Any opinions?

The Pydev connect timeout was not correct (see PluThon #4527).
Fixed in ESbox rev 2435.

I forgot, I also changed "automatically switch to debug

Also fixed this one from the PluThon bug:

3) Change the Pydev > Debug > Connect timeout setting to
60000 ms because SBRSH easily takes more than 20 seconds
to connect.

and the rev is actually 2245.

Fabricio's recommendations are already default. Applied others
in rev 1201.

Fabricio recommends:

-- change "continue if project contains errors" to
-- check "Build (if required) before launch"
