Python project fails to build debian package (diablo)

Detailed description
I got following error when trying to build debian pythonhildonhelloworld debain package (diablo). Windows 7 environment.
Esbox build 600.

running install
error: invalid Python installation: unable to open /usr/lib/python2.5/config/Makefile (No such file or directory)
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/maemo/.mica/.dpkg-buildpackage-tmp/pythonhildonhelloworld'
make[1]: *** [install] Error 1
make: *** [install] Error 2

Using fremantle pythonhildonhelloworld projects builds debian pacakage OK.

There was an enhancement a few weeks ago to fetch required Python
packages by scanning *.py files in the project, but this also
inadvertently dropped the maemo-python-[device-]env metapackages.
These include the python[2.5]-dev package which is needed for
Debian packaging.  I added this back in.

Fixed in Mica rev 3464.  Be sure to validate installed packages
before re-testing.

This file is in python2.5-dev.  Was that installed?
