New OS2007 clears /var/run during initfs while old OS2006 initfs doesn't do this. This patch clears this pid dir early
during system startup. |

Don't apply this to clean-tmp-dirs, but to the end of rcS.
Applying this to clean-tmp-dirs causes bug #741. |
