Need longer "switch last" durations

Detailed description
AutoDisconnect v0.4.6

General -screen of settings has an dropdown menu "Auto-Switch 2G / 3G-Dual" to select whether AutoDisconnect
should switch to 3G-only or Dual-mode data connection when connection has been initiated, and also how long AutoDisconnect
should wait for network switching to occur. Longest possible delay for Dual mode switching is currently 8 seconds and
for 3G-only switching 6 seconds.

My mobile operator is Finnish Saunalahti (operating as a virtual operator in the Elisa network), for some reason network
mode switching in their network seems to take a very long time - the current maximum wait times of 6/8 seconds are often
not enough, resulting in an error message stating that network/Internet connection is currently unavailable.

For this reason, I'd like to have the possibility to define longer wait-times. Or perhaps AutoDisconnect could even
probe when that mode switch has really taken place, making it unneeded to guess in advance how slow your network is
going to be?

It would be nice to find the solution to figure it automatically.
In the czech 02 network the switch sometimes takes 4, but sometimes
nearly 7 seconds, so in a lot of cases if I have set it to 8
seconds, I have to wait unnecessary for 4 seconds longer, what
can be a little bit confusing if You forget it and frustrating
even if You do not forget it :-)

But generally this appliaction is great :-)

Fixed in 0.4.7 - Maximal 3G Switch Duration updated to 10 seconds
/ Dual Mode updated to 14 seconds

Using DBUS once I have selected a new network mode the value
is changed. Therefore I cannot read the real current network
mode. Nevertheless I will try to find a solution.
