A lot of universal remotes I've used have a mode for helping you find the code for your TV where each time you press
a button, they select the next TV model and send a "Power" signal to that model. That might be nice in cases
where your exact model isn't supported yet, but a similar one is.

BTW, for what it's worth, there's a Dynex config file in the
hifi_remotes archive, and it turns out to be identical to the
Emerson TV Keyset 1 in Pierogi.  Just in case you're still looking
for a Dynex keyset. :)

I expected so. You'd be surprised how long I've spent clicking
through on a universal remote to program it for my TV, though...

But I actually was trying to find a keyset similar to my TV,
which isn't on the supported list (it's a low-end Dynex, Best
Buy's house brand) and clicked through a good many of the keysets
as cumbersome as it was.

Several people have mentioned this possibility already, and I
have looked in to it.  It'll be a while yet before I get it working,
though. :)  I should warn you, though, there are hundreds of
different keysets in Pierogi now, it may be cumbersome to use
such a feature...
