[Chess-developer] New release 0.1.9-1 out

Hi,

thanks to the work of Dariusz and Alban it looks like we have something
demo-able for the P2P stuff. So I decided to push out an overdue release
[1]. Do not expect *too* much though, it really is bleeding edge stuff.

However, one thing I noticed was that the autobuilder these days is
ultrafast (less than 5 minutes for the ARMEL build) - so lets make use
of it and push out more frequent releases. Say, whenever you feel like
testing something on multiple devices, you might as well just tag a
release and ping me to push it to the autobuilder.

Sorry if I did not mention everything correctly in the debian changelog.
