[Chess-developer] New release 0.1.9-1 out

And it's 0.1.9-3 now, due to some checksum problems. I also enabled Fremantle's contact chooser (added libosso-abook-dev as buil dep - have to make it optional later, but enable it for the Fremantle autobuilder). 

What I noticed: Miniatur closes in the wait for other contact dialog when a contact in your list goes online (or maybe it's only if the same contact goes online onmanother box - havent investigated yet).
