TCC8900 kernel source code had pushed to mer-smartq-kernel repository with
branch name smartqv.
We can't provide bootloader,  video decoder, 2D/3D accelerate source code
for license reason.

Especially since this device spots a new SoC (TCC8900?), which doesn't have
