We have provided a patch for gnome-vfs that fixes this bug in
the latest update for Canola, 1.0.1-1indt9, in the N800.

Please check your Application Manager for this Canola update.

Leo

Hi Ajish,

This is a bug in the neon http module of the gnome-vfs of the
new N800 image. It crashes when the canola media player asks
the mimetype of an url with redirect.

We are working on a fix for this bug.

Stay tuned, thanks for the report.

Hello Leo,

Thank you for your efforts to help me. I tested out the following
podcast URL:

http://leoville.tv/podcasts/twit.xml

This was working fine before the upgrade to the latest OS.

Thanks again
