Scenario:
User is using  non-default ip address (192.168.2.25) for tablet. User creates new project and tries to launch it remotely
(with right mouse click on top of project). DL method is asked, but no parameters like IP adress etc. Error message
gives some instruction but no hint to create new "run configuration".

Now we are using hard coded value for IP (192.168.2.15).
So would it be possible to select/change IP address after DL method selection (open run configuration download
tab automatically or something like this).

I think we should handle this by changing the UI entirely to
exclude IP-based configuration.

How about we present only an RSE connection selection dialog,
and removing the SSH launch configuration type?

This would also involve changing the SBRSH method should to the
RSE connections to configure itself, so users don't have to manually
enter IP addresses.

We may need to double or triple check that we can derive the
correct "host address" for an RSE connection (which
is explicitly specified in the IP-based UI, but not in the RSE
case).

Note, for PluThon, there should be no question at all about the
device selection -- this should be the current build configuration
